A loft conversion is largely a joinery job: new floor joists, steel and timber structure, a dormer or gable, a staircase, stud walls and all the second fix. That makes it a natural fit for us.
We manage the structural work, building control and fire regulations, and finish the space to the same standard as the rest of your home.

It depends mainly on the head height and roof structure. We can assess it at a free site visit.
Will I need building control approval?
Yes. All loft conversions need building regulations approval, and we manage that process with you.
How long does a loft conversion take?
Most take between 6 and 10 weeks, with the most disruptive work happening early on.
