Overview
A garden room should be a proper building, not a shed with a heater. We build ours on solid bases with an insulated timber frame, quality glazing and a proper roof, so they're warm in winter and cool in summer.
Every garden room is built to measure, whether it's a compact home office or a larger space with a shower room for guests.

Do garden rooms need planning permission?
Most don't, provided they meet size, height and position rules. We'll check your plans against the permitted development limits.
Can I use it all year?
Yes. Our garden rooms are fully insulated and heated, so they're usable in every season.
How long does it take to build?
Most garden rooms take two to four weeks from base to finished room.

Drawings & approvals
We work with your architect, engineer and building control, or put you in touch with ours.
Frame & build
Our own joiners on site, a named lead for the job, and a weekly progress update with photos.

Snagging walked together, site left clean, and every sign-off paper handed over.
